FREE THREE YEAR WARRANTY on all watches. Our warranty is the same as the manufacturer's, except for three years instead of one or two years. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our service center.

PRIVACY POLICY- Your privacy is important to us. For your protection, every order is authenticated by our credit card verification service. We may use your personal information to notify you of special offers or sales, but only those on our website. Discount-Watches.com will never sell, trade or exchange your personal information with any other business entity or individual. We are in the business of selling watches, we do not sell names, email addresses, or any other personal information.

30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY- Any watch that has not been worn, scratched, damaged or sized may be returned for exchange or for a store credit within 30 days. In order to keep our cost of doing business down and our prices as low as possible, we do not give refunds or charge card credits. Watches for exchange must be returned in original, new condition along with the gift box, warranty, tags, and a copy of the sales invoice. Customer must pay all shipping charges on exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -may be entered online using a MasterCard, Visa or American Express card. Because it is sometimes more difficult to authenticate International credit cards, some customers may prefer to pay with a bank wire transfer (see below)

CANCELLED ORDERS-Domestic customers who enter an order online and then cancel or refuse delivery will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 or 10% of the order, whichever is greater, on their credit card. International customers who place an order online and then cancel or refuse delivery will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 or 10% of the order, whichever is greater, on their credit card.

NO SALES TAX is collected unless your order is delivered to an address within New York State.

BANK WIRES- If you pay by bank wire transfer, we will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your funds. Here is the information you need to bring into your bank so they can transfer the funds:

Once you have sent the Bank Wire, send us an email with your name, your complete address including postal code, phone numbers, the model number of the watch you are ordering, the name of your bank and the amount of the Bank Wire.
